How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, there are up to 4 days of processing before it is shipped out. It usually is shipped out the next day but in certain cases it can take 1-4 business days. It is then brought to USPS to be shipped and it usually takes 3 days to get to you.
Where do I enter in a discount code?
Once you enter the cart choose the checkout or Paypal option there will be a box that allows you to apply the discount code. You may only use one code at a time.
Hint of Sunshine is not responsible for any packages once tracking is marked 'Delivered.'
Please make sure your address is correct before ordering! We are not responsible for packages that have been sent to the wrong address as we only print out what is given to us, this is the full responsibility of the customer. If you have given us the wrong address and we get the item shipped back as "return to sender", we will ship out the item again for the same cost of the original shipping. If you would like a refund instead it will be the cost of the item. Your shipping fees will not be refunded.
International order information:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for contacting customs centers. In the event of a return or package being sent back, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. This also includes purchases that received international free shipping, shipping fees will be deducted from purchase price if returned or sent back.
Can I swim and shower with my jewelry on?
We do not recommend getting our jewelry wet, it is not waterproof. Therefore, to keep your jewelry in good condition we suggest taking your jewelry off before swimming, exercising or showering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once you have placed your order it cannot be canceled or changed.
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
Once you receive your order please examine the items you purchased immediately after receiving your order. You must report a damaged item within 2 days of when your tracking number says you received your order. Picture proof is required and must be provided.
It is rare that you will receive a damaged item as we try our best to examine each and any item before shipping and package your order with care. However, in the event it does happen, we will send you a new one of the same item free of charge. In this event we will also provide you with a new tracking number via email.
We quality check each and every item more than once before selling and shipping them. Due to our a large amount of our jewelry being handmade, there is room for minor human error. In the case that the product has minor human error and is not considered damaged we hold the right to refuse a replacement item. Once sent the picture to examine we will determine this. We can only replace and reship the same item you originally purchased that you received damaged. If the item you originally purchased that is deemed damaged is not in stock, you may choose a new item that is of equal or lesser value.
Do you accept returns?
